Deleted the QBW.ini file and let it recreate it and that fixed the issue.

Hello all,<br />
I have a client that install QB Pro 2016 on a Windows 10 tablet. &nbsp;Everything works and looks great inside of all Quickbooks windows except for the top toolbar is extremely small and narrow. &nbsp;I have no idea how to fix it.<br />
