which WLC do u have in your network <br />

it could mean that the AP you are using is not support with the firmware version you have on the WLC , updating the version of the WLC could resolve this issue.<br />

Flashing red LED doesn't usually mean that the code on the WLC isn't able to support the AP. <br />
<br />
For clarity though, the WLC needs at least v7.6 code to support a 3702 AP.
