Hi nobus, long time since I've talked with you. &nbsp;I think it was logitech unifying receiver software. &nbsp;I uninstalled that and next reboot all my flash drives came back.<br />

I'm running Windows 7 Pro at latest level on two computers. &nbsp;One is a Dell Optiplex 9010 I5 with 32 GB of memory. &nbsp;Suddenly I couldn't use any USB flash drives. &nbsp;Printers work and so does a Logitech keyboard/mouse. &nbsp;But any Flash Drives get a code 10 &nbsp;- could not start device. &nbsp;I cloned the C drive, a Samsung EVO 850 SSD to another Samsung EVO SSD and installed that in a Dell Optiplex XE2, updated all the drivers and the same thing happens. &nbsp;I've put in a half dozen different flash drives, different models from different manufacturers and I can't use any of them. &nbsp;I put them in other computers and they work. &nbsp;So it's not the hardware. &nbsp;I think it must be some registry entry screwed up. <br />
I tried the Windows USB troubleshooter. &nbsp;That didn't fix it. &nbsp;<br />
