Event 4999 Watson report about to be sent for process id: 7148, -Exchange 2013
HI ,
I am getting the following error on exchange 2013 (cas/hub/mailbox dag):
application log: event id 4999
Watson report about to be sent for process id: 7148, with parameters: E12, c-RTL-AMD64, 14.03.0227.000, OWA, M.E.Clients.Owa, M.E.C.O.P.C.VirtualListVie w2.GetDidL astSearchF ail, System.NullReferenceExcept ion, f6cb, 14.03.0294.000.
ErrorReportingEnabled: False
trying to figure out what does it mean and if can be ignored or not.
any suggestion are welcome.

thanks it was helpful.. my mistake was exchange 2010 but your answer help me to find another "trails" for the issue
In your case Watson report was generated as a side effect of some actions happened in OWA.
so please check your OWA functionality , you can also run Test-OWAConnectivity against your OWA URL.
Normally Watson report wont cause any severe impact. Its better to upgrade your Exchange environment.
