sqlquerystress - To test db performance

Guys.
I ave been using this sqlquerystress for quite long but I  never come across to asks anyone here why or how this tool works to performed a db performance test. for example today, I ran the query in one of the table with 10 millions  of rows and with iteration =1 and thread = 100. The load test quickly  getting high cpu workload until the query is complete.
How actually this tool work until it can caused cpu load higher ??

Hi,
Yes I have read those link , but I'm still not getting any clues why it hit the cpu so badly. What is the difference between  table tat being access concurrently from applications with the concurrent access that produced by this tool ?

motioneye, is the tool you're using giving you any kind of report?
Also, like David's commented, if you're not a DBA, even with a report you might not understand it.
