How can I disable SSLv3.0/TLSv1.0 from IIS7 ?
If I disable the protocols what is the downside ?
I also need to disable RC4, does it get disabled once I disable them ?

Older browsers that do not have tlsv1.1 or newer will no longer be able to establish a secure connection to your site.
