unlicensed vba messages in Excel 2013

Having installed a licensed (activated)  version of OfficePro 2013 on my new Win 7 Pro laptop, Excel keeps telling me that I'm not authorised to use vba in a design environment (two messages to be attached as images). Existing macros do work but the messages won't go away and I have o close Excel via Task Manager. Why would that happen, please?

Does the error occur with all Excel files, only .xlsm, only files with userforms?
If the error occurs only with a specific file, can you upload it so we can take a look?

Thank you all, I suspect that the 32-64 conflict is it. Which control is the problem is not disclosed and it happens for all Excel files (4 so far) before I can get anywhere. I shall uninstall 32, install 64 ... and hope.

Jon
Sorry Jon, but I think you got it backwards. Typically, 32-64 bit compatibility issues arise on 64 bit systems, no t on the 32 bit ones.
