how can I pair a Visual Land Premier 10 tablet running Windows 8.1 with an Acer laptop running Windows 10 using Bluetooth?

Hello and Good Evening Everyone,

I am needing step by step instructions for pairing via Bluetooth a Visual Land Premier 10 tablet running Windows 8.1 with an Acer laptop running Windows 10. I wish to send files via Bluetooth on the Visual Land Premier 10 tablet running Windows 8.1 and to setup the Acer laptop running Windows 10 to receive files via Bluetooth. My main concern here relates to the hard drive of the tablet because it is almost completely full. Most likely there will be a certain amount of free space required for successful transfer of files.

Any suggestions for carrying out file sharing via Bluetooth will be greatly appreciated.
