Citrix receiver and internal Storefront beacon

Hi specialists,
i run into a problem, where some users don't connect to internal StoreFront site but connect to NetScaler.
While internal connection use SSO, NetScaler need 2FA for Authentication.
So users can't start working.
i need ideas why my receivers (4.4 / 4.5 / 4.6) connect to NetScaler and how to mitigate this.

Can you check if you have any certificate problems in Storefront? Are you connecting on port 443? if so, check the Certificate binding the site.

What is your version of Storefront?

certificate bindings are OK. 90% of users don't have these Problems internally.
Storefront works and the site is reacheble. but the beacon, pointing to the service-URL too, seems to be unreacheble sometimes.
... or the Problem is on Receiver side.
I dont think so. do you want to check your DNS. Do you have more than one DNS server? if so, can you see if you have records for the service-URL?
i have a record for the service URL. We have checked with nslookup and ping multiple times from different clients and sites..
Never we get an error.
we have multiple DNS servers within the AD.

another idea ... is it possible the answer for beacon-request is to slow?
