Outlook 2016

My OS is win 10 pro 64 bit and I have office 365 and use Outlook the OWA version.  My email is msn, the free version.
Suddenly, my junk folder which always showed on the top of the list of folders, together with my Inbox, Sent, has suddenly dropped to its place in the Q. alphabetized.  I tried to right click to bring it back to the Favorites, but there is no option anywhere.  Can the experts please  suggest a solution.  I would like this folder to be displayed at the top of the folder list, for ease of navigation. Thank u and regards

Are you Mail view or Folder view?

In Mail view (the Envelope icon under all your mail folders), you can right-click on the Junk E-Mail folder and select 'show in favorites'.

But the "Inbox, Drafts, Sent items and Deleted Items" all are on the top of the list?  thus my assumption that the folders can be rearranged.  Thank u.

Sorry I meant Folder Tab, not View tab.
I cannot seem to edit my post :(

Click on Folder Tab, Click the icon Show A to Z which sorts alphabetically.

NOW, right click on any regular folder and an Up Down option appears. Now you can move as you wish.,
In response to John, I right clicked on the Junk folder tab, but the Move feature was greyed out.  Maybe it is not possible.

Do you just want to add your Junk Folder to your Favorites at the top?  To do this, just hover over the Junk Email folder and you'll see a STAR appear on the right side.  Click that star and it will be added to your Favorites.

Once in your Favorites you can reorder as you like by dragging the folder up or down in that list.

dear John, thank u for your inputs.
In response to Jeffrey, on my OWA when I hover, it only shows the name of the folder in a text box, and no Star as u said.  I am lost.
You cannot sort the folder list in OWA so far as I now. I have OWA and cannot sort the folder.

Outlook 2016 Client: Yes.   OWA WEB: No.
jegajothy, can you please post a screen shot of the OWA you are viewing.

@John Hurst -- in OWA you absolutely CAN sort folders that are in your FAVORITES (not the main ones below)
FYI, here's a screenshot showing the "Star" and also the right-click context menu of folders in Favorites in OWA which shows "Move up in the List" and "Move down in the List"

Sorry - I knew about Favorites but as you agree you, one cannot sort the main folders below that. I should have been more clear.
John right, thank u.
You are very welcome and I am always happy to help you.
