Open Port Forwarding but still can't connect RDP

I have set up a PC to receive Remote Sessions (Win7 Pro OS) and my British Telecom ISP router has been configured showing the Port forwarding allocated for this specific PC. I have used yougetsignal.com to verify that the port is seen as OPEN and it IS!
However, when trying to get people to RDP in they get an Error that Remote Computer not allowing access or words to that effect!

Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong....? Are there other steps I need to take.... the 'howtogeek' blog seems to stop at this so I assumed that was it!

Thanks
Stephen

Are you giving them the IP address listed in whatismyip.com

Yes to Nick P... and to CompProbSolv I will try this when I go back in to Office tomorrow.  I rebooted the Router before I left tonight and I have tried myself to get in... The Message I am getting is different from what the other Remote User was telling me... I seem to be getting to the PC fine! It is just on signing in that the problem happens and the message relates to Terminal Server Access rights (see attached file).  I am not using Terminal Server though just a standalone PC! And I did give the User Remote Access...so not quite sure what I have done wrong....

A further question which I might have to raise separately although it is connected.... I was given the impression that I could restrict INCOMING to specific External IP Addresses... I cannot see on my router anywhere I can do this? I have a BT Hub5 router. Any suggestions appreciated on this too... thx

Thanks Qlemo and Nick P.
Annoying about BT Hub5 but thanks for the advice.  Nick we are a small charity and I'm doing this on a non-existent budget ;-) I did look at TeamViewer but again as a business I would have to spend money that isn't there1 I am going to take the chance with strong passwords currently but will have to review if issues occur.

Thanks guys..
I would also consider using VNC if you can't sort this out.  There are free versions as well as paid ones.  The paid ones typically add file transfer capability, remote printing, and secure connections (instead of just a password).  You should only need to setup port forwarding for a single port to get it to work.
Thanks folks for your guidance. I have got the rdp working fine now - shame I cannot restrict those coming in but at present I have to keep with nil budget. I have allocated you as assisting.. much appreciated.
