Measure data usage per hotspot, on computer
I had this question after viewing Measure and control tethering schedule.
I have a Windows 10 surface pro 4. I have one hotspot that is my tethering connection. It is important that I keep a close eye and be informed each day of the data that has been used by that particular hotspot.
Ideally, I would also like to be able to schedule it to turn off automatically at the end of each work day until it is manually reconnected.
How might I do this in Windows 10?

Ok, getting a handle on it. Thank you for that.
Clearly google drive sync is the main culprit and I don't see a way to disallow it from using my mifi hotspot?

Now, as for looking within Windows 10, the best way for you would be to go into Settings, Network & Internet, then Data Usage. There is another method via Task Manager as well, but the method I've mentioned will actually let you get the most complete picture.
