I am installing Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1 from the dell DVD and it can not find the drives? I have the VD configured on the BIOS controller and the config is saved, currently initialing. I can boot to the DVD drive and start the install but then it does not find any available drives? I tried to look for the appropriate driver but cant find it. all of them are ,exe auto install but can just find the driver. <br />
