ASA configuration

I have a new ASA 5505 I am configuring. Since this has the latest version I see a few commands on the default config that I did not see in earlier versions and I was wondering if I should leave them in or remove them. The commands are:

xlate per-session deny tcp any4 any4
xlate per-session deny tcp any4 any6
xlate per-session deny tcp any6 any4
xlate per-session deny tcp any6 any6
xlate per-session deny udp any4 any4 eq domain
xlate per-session deny udp any4 any6 eq domain
xlate per-session deny udp any6 any4 eq domain
xlate per-session deny udp any6 any6 eq domain

I am using this for site to site VPN tunnel
