2008 SBS renaming user accounts?

We seem to go through receptionists on a regular basis & rather than set up a new user & forward previous emails to new one, would I be able to just rename the account, or would I have to do that in more than one place, like exchange management console & SBS console? That user is usually a local admin on the desktop they are using, any other considerations?
And yes, I know 2008 SBS is about to go by the wayside - trying to decide if I want to go to 2012 (or whatever the latest is) or look into an exchange hosted option.

The local admin thing was a carryover FYI when they used to hang around a whole lot longer, pre-dating my time there. And what about renaming the email account?
