Are you trying to import them as contacts on to the phone itself? Not sure of a way to do that. Once you have successfully authenticated to the mobility server and provisioned your phone, there will be a separate login for call presence and other features like voicemail, it will use the same username and password configured for logging into the ShoreTel Communicator/Connect Client. Once you successfully authenticate with these credentials, you will be able to view the company directory and dial to people internal to your ShoreTel system via the mobility app.<br />
