Is there a way to login as a user in windows without using the user credentials ?

I need to support users and sometimes need to access their desktops so I can remedy issues they encounter when logged in.
As an admin I can login to the computer but I am not presented with the same desktop as the user whose issue I am looking to recreate or understand . Is there a way to have sort of an alias master password which can be assigned to each user ?
This would preclude me from having to keep a list of every users username and password .

Yes I know this I thought there was a magic way that i was unaware of .  Keeping each users password in a database was annoying

I don't know what database you are using but... A secure way to do that is with a password manager. I like to use LastPass. They have a free version. Still annoying but more secure.

Can last pass store and input user passwords into RDP ?

No, but you can change RDP policy to prompt for the password before logging on. This will enable you to copy password from LastPass to password box which is not possible when in the RDP

If so, the price for that feature is worth the roughly $15 price for LastPass Premium.
