Lets say i put 3 print screens i entered some description on the word document . now i want to put 4th screenshot.
can i directly let snipping tool to copy stuff to word rather than generating jpeg and then moving over?
In Snipping tool you can select Edit / copy and paste picture into Word document

In Snipping tool you can select Edit / copy and paste picture into Word document
how?
Open Snipping tool
Select area you want to copy

It's going to show in snipping tool. Go to Menu/Edit
COPY or (CTRL-C)

go back to Word
Put cursor on place where you want to pas picture
right click on word document
and select PASTE (or CTRL-V) shortcut

Place your cursor on the screen from which you want a screenshot. Make sure there is a program window on that screen, otherwise you will get a shot of both screens anyway.
Press CTRL + ALT + PrtScn on your keyboard.

say i have eclise java IDE on top of that i have one test not pad
when i say CTRL + ALT + PrtScn on your keyboard it only cpatures notepad not underneath eclipse

For that there seems to be no workaround other than using snipping tool
