Office 365 migration from On-Premise
Just reaching out for some opinions on how I should migrate existing data as we move from on-premise exchange to o365/exchange online.
We have a simple setup, single exchange server about 75 users. So I was debating between 2 strategies.
1. Just hard cutover and then over the course of a week, export and import PST's.
2. Do a hybrid deployment and live migration. Seems a bit complex, but not really since I'm working on the AD sync anyway. We use a non-routable domain but I'm adding the UPN suffix now.
What would you guys do? 1 seems easy to setup harder to do, and 2 seems harder to setup easier to do.
Little apprehensive on 2, because I'm not sure what if any more SSL certs I'll need, and we use a 3rd party filter web filter that is before exchange. My thought was to route all emails through EOP and just bypass that.

Exchange 2010 , ad is at 2008. I already have a SSL for owa and auto discover I think will work. We are upgrading office anyway so creating a new mail profile is no biggie.
