How to turn off Win 10 prompt to enter MS account password after unsuccessful logon attempts to log on

A client wants to protect her computer from unauthorized users.  She reports that after several unsuccessful attempts to log on (with incorrect passwords), Win 10 prompted her for the password associated with the e-mail address entered when Win 10 was initially installed and configured (the MS e-mail account?).  Her employees don't know her local machine account password, but they do know the password to her MS e-mail account.  Can this "alternative password" feature be turned off?

Thanks John.  The user is a doctor.  The e-mail account is used for the practice, and is monitored by staff.  We'll just have to change to a non-MS e-mail.
Thanks for the update and I was happy to help you.
