Is there a removal tool and a decryption tool for Osiris ransomware

I have a Windows 10 laptop that has been infected with Osiris Ransomware that identifies the files it encrypts with the extension '.Osiris'

Seems my existing protections didn't detect it before it spread.

I'm very suspicious of the offers to download removal tools only to find that they detec but do not remove until a payment is made.

I get the sinking feeling that there is no current decryption available.
I'm not overly concerned about the files that do exist on that laptop luckily.

But what about reliable REMOVAL?
Is this possible?
Is there a removal tool available from a reliable source?

But what about reliable REMOVAL?

Once a system has been infected by a virus, it should no longer be trusted.  Either restore it or reload it, but don't continue using it.  There is no telling what has else was dumped into the system and is now waiting to be activated.
For this particular Ransomware, there isnt known available decryptor tools.

For the safe removal to be reliable, the only means assured is to have a clean build. It is unlikely the machine is infected by Ransomware only as its root cause is not identified unless you go through forensic means on the machine, doubt you will want to go through or invest in that if you can simply restore from backup in the clean built machine.
Thanks
