How to find the IP of a connected NVR

Windows 10 64 bit. Nvr connected to router. How do determine the IP address of the NVR? The reason I am posing this question is because my NVR is showing two active cameras during tests I am conducting. It is showing this even though threre are no cameras hooked to the NVR. In order for me to begin fixing problems with this surveillance system I must first determine what is causing this indication.

The brand name of my NVR is EYESURV. The model number is:  ESDV-NVRX-8.  This item was only sold by Nelly's Security (nellyssecurity.com) to the best of my knowledge.
Additional information: I just disconnected the only ethernet connection into my NVR. Then I powered up again. It STILL shows leds that say there are 2 cameras attached. There are no cameras attached to anything. Obviously there is something causing this indication inside the NVR however I don't know how to get into it.
I take it you are trying to access the management interface? Check your DHCP server for any entries that might be this unit. If it is a fixed IP, you might be able to find it in DNS.

Failing that, The management software of the switch it is connected to might give you some information.
Yes, that is correct. I have two programs should,  and MIGHT get me into the nvr. But I don't have the expertise to know how to do that. I have no idea what a DHCP server or what it looks like or what it does. I do not know what DNS is either. I DO see DHCP in one of the programs, but it is greyed out.

Brian, you are level 23. I just checked and I am level minus 18.
