Creating an SSIS surrogate key pipeline

Hi,

Could anyone point me in the direction of a good article that explains generating a surrogate key pipeline in ssis. Including the initial load.

Many thanks

Might not be a bad idea for you to spell out exactly what you are asking us.  One so that we know exactly what you're asking us to do, and two so this question does not turn into a Google Monkey contest of other experts searching Google for 'surrogate key pipeline' and posting the first thing they find without adding any extra helpful content.
Hi Morpheus7,
Could you please explain your requirement in detail? We can provide you more specific details about the solution.

Regards,

Hi,
Many thanks for the replies.

I need to be able to allocate surrogate keys for each dimension table and then be able to set up an incremental load to feed in to the warehouse. Currently there are 15 dimension tables. I would like to be able to include this process in the initial load and then into the incremental loads.  I am using a staging db to bring all the data into first.

Thanks
So it is done ?
No, not yet.
Still trying to work out how to create the keys for the initial load.
