Hi <br />

We have RDP server installed on windows 2012 on our network and using a link similar as shown below we access our RDP server.<br />

The SSL certificate is now expired and I need to generate a CSR to procure the SSL certificate.<br />
<br />
I have two queries.<br />
I opened server manager-Tools – IIS &nbsp;and I clicked my RDP server that is on the left hand pane.<br />
On the right hand pane I clicked Server Certificates<br />
<br />
Firstly : On the attached &nbsp;snapshot in the &nbsp;Server certificate windows. Do I need to &nbsp;click &nbsp;“desktop.parkview” and click create certificate request ? OR just click “Create Certificate Request”.<br />
<br />
Secondly see our Active directory snapshot and our domain is called Domain.Local<br />
Will the common name be “Domain.Local &nbsp;or desktop.parkview.wales.sch<wbr />.uk<br />
<br />
Any help would be great.<br />

HTTPS is a protocol for secure communication over a computer network which is widely used on the Internet.
