Should I remove the Keywords tags?
I have put them first for SEO purposes but I don't know if they really help or harm my site
Here's a page example : https://www.lecomparateur.net/comparatif/23/baton-de-marche-nordique
They are under Categories, it's called mots clés (in french). What you guys think, from an SEO perspective?

Due to rampant keyword tag spamming, no major search engine puts any weight on them. I would remove the tag altogether.

Thanks Jason! But do you think it can harm?
Jason is correct. No search engine believes the META keywords tag any more; it was and is abused too much. However, some other META tags are actually useful; see the discussion at wordstream.com for further information. (Though I doubt that Google believes the description tag. Like keywords, it has been abused too much.)

Thanks Dr. Klahn. But here I was talking about my 'in page' keywords tags. I don't have any Keywords in Meta tags.

Thank you Jason. That's exactly what I thought. I'll remove them or create links on them
As Meta keywords has no importance for the ranking but may other search engine or crawler used them for searching your website.
So it help but it has no harm.
So use them wisely.
