Windows Server 2008 R2 - RDP Session: How to delete a user profile?
Hi Guys,
We have an application running on a Windows Server with users accessing the application via RDP.
The application opens Word, Excel & PDF documents from a specific folder on the server (on request) for the individual users,
48/50 users can open the documents just fine, but 2 can't.
It seems that something had corrupt in these 2 x RDP profiles, as they could access the documents previously.
When logging in with another users' AD account, these two users can then open the documents.
I considered access rights, but even making these two users 'local-administrators' on this server does not solve the issue.
Is there a way to delete a users' RDP profile on a server, thus the server setting up a new RDP profile for these users?
