Network share lockout

The previous administrator has left the company and we are unable to access a network share. It appears the previous administrator created a network share and then removed domain admins from the permissions list, as well as his own account. Is there any way for us to get back in to this network share?

Yes, log in to server with domain admin/administrator and add permissions back to this share

All of the default permissions were removed. Even the local admins and domain admins.
