Server 2012 R2 Encrypted Backup
How can I use Windows Server Backup to backup to a USB drive with encryption?
My customer wants their staff to take the HDD home with them but wants the data to be protected from recovery without a password.

Not the answer I was hoping for but thanks.
-Coming across this question after closure-
Bitlocker is supported. You can backup from bitlocked drives to bitlocked drives.

Unfortunately (fortunately for me actually) Cliff Galiher's answer has proven to be incorrect.
Thank you compdigit44 for pointing me in the right direction.
I have installed the Bitlocker Drive Encrytion feature on the Server.
I then assigned a drive letter to the backup drive. I went into Bitlocker Management and enabled Bitlocker encryption for the drive. I also set it to automatically unlock.
I am now getting encrypted server backups.
It was actually very easy.
Thanks compdigit44 for your help. I'm sorry I can't allocate you the points you deserve for this.
