Windows 2008 R2 - Power Shell version 4 reboot and shutdown script for a group of servers at the same time

No real solution in place servers are rebooted on manually on a as needed basis,  In addition I would like to use the same script to force a reboot once a month.

No real need for Powershell, just use SHUTDOWN from a command line, or in a script. Simple enough to fire it off with task sheduler.

Type SHUTDOWN /? at a command prompt for help with syntax. Its pretty simple.

Ok that's great however actually my question was not clear,  There are about 25 servers and I need to issue one command that connects to all 25 machines on the network and reboot them remotely with out having to logon to each server.  There are all in a windows domain
