I can confirm it is not possible to downgrade iOS versions. &nbsp;You <i>should</i> be able to restore the phone from backup, as previous Experts have replied. &nbsp;<i>I've heard jailbroken phones can do this, but jailbreaking is not advised as it voids the warranty of the phone.</i>

Actually, those message appear if the IOS is not compatible. &nbsp;We upgraded to the lates IOS (which our backs was on), and it seem to work. &nbsp;As far as we have seen by all the times we have been woring with this problem, the &quot;Time remaining: About XX minutes&quot; only have displayed when IOS is compatible.
