WARNING: An error caused a change in the current set of domain controllers. Connecting to O365 via Powershell

have been suing PS for past 40 minutes, suddenly, got the below message.
Connecting to Office 365 via Powershell.
I see the PS session is active. -- can you suggest why I am getting this error message?
What should be done to avoid this situation.

close and reopen your session.. is this a hybrid setup?

I have closed and re-open to get it working.
but, my question/what I am trying to know is - why did this occur
and What should be done to avoid this situation next times

this is the disadvantage of using cloud solutions.
even MS does not have clear answer for this..
