Macro to Filter and Extract Specific Data to A new Sheet in Excel

Hello EE,

Can someone please help me with this challenge?  I need to extract data in column C of my spreadsheet where the value is BLANK.  But I only want to keep the Name and Purchased columns in a new tab.

Can this be accomplished?  If yes, can someone please help me?

Thanks.

You can use a few options.

AutoFilter - when an Autofilter is applied each column gets a dropdown from which you can select the filter criteria. So from column C choose to filter on Blank. You can then copy the contents of the Name and Purchased columns to another location. Only the visible rows will be copied but when pasted will be a continuous block rather than allowing for the hidden rows.

Advanced Filter - similar to Autofilter but you specify your criteria in a separate small table. One of the options in the wizard is Copy to Another location. If you choose this option you can specify which columns are copied by specifying the headers in the destination sheet.

Pivot Table - create a Pivot Table from your data on another sheet but filter the Pivot so that it shows only those entries where column C is blank.
