Cannot see all of hard drive on HP Server
Hi,
HP ProLiant ML310 G5
Hp SC40Ge HBA
2x HDDs
Original HDDs were only 141GB, I replaced the 2 drives (mirrored C:) with larger drives. I would like to increased the C: but am unable to as the drive are still only showing as the original 141GB.
How do I make a change so that the logical RAID1 drive increases to use the whole of the new 500GB drives?

With some RAID setups, you have to reinitialize RAID (means rebuilding the OS) to provide for larger drives.

You are very welcome. Lot ahead of you to do this. I learned a long time ago to get servers with lots of disk space.
I'm not familiar with the Hp SC40Ge.
Some HP array prohibit some operation like increase in drive size or drive number unless the battery backup option is present.
But it looks like that model doesn't even have that possibility:
