Office 365 - Setup shared mailbox to only accept emails from whitelist?
I'd like to setup a Shared Mailbox in Office 365 (O365) that can be used to receive emails from various client accounts but NOT from any other domains (to prevent spam).
Example:
> Setup O365 Shared Mailbox called 'ClientEmails@MyDomain.com '
> Setup aliases like Client1Carbonite@MyDomain. com, Client1NetworkSolutions@My Domain.com , etc. so that I can enter those email addresses as 'contacts' on the respective accounts at Carbonite and Network Solutions.
> Set a (not sure) Whitelist, combination Whiltelist/Blacklist, or maybe a Transport Rule so that the Shared Mailbox would receive emails ONLY from domains I specify (ie, accept email from @carbonite.com and @networksolutions.com and REJECT email from any other domains.
Hope I made clear what I'm trying to accomplish.
