hi can we enforce Chrome to open certain links using IE, how please

I am pretty sure you cannot. The only browser that offers an alternative is Edge and even that is not any kind of default.
You can't make Chrome to forward link to IE but you can create link on your desktop and make it open by IE even Chrome is your default browser
For Example if Chrome is your default browser and you want http://www.msn.com to be opened by IE create shortcut on your desktop / my documents / favorites etc..
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" http://www.msn.com
And name it your way.

You either need to place on desktop as suggested OR make the browser you use the most Default. Otherwise you cannot force a link to go to a specific browser as I noted above.
