Question about Exchange Calendar Updating
Hi everyone...
My question my be a bit weird, and I apologize if I'm not explaining it correctly.
I have someone who sends a lot of calendar invites. What she (and I) is wondering is whether there is a way to stop people from updating the meeting request (changing the meeting time, time zone, etc). This inevitably causes an updated request to be received by everyone invited to the meeting, and that request ultimately comes from the original meeting requestor. She's wondering if there's a way to stop or prevent this from occurring.
Thanks!

It's an invite - so no you cannot get them not to respond, however, if someone does suggest a new time - it should go to the invitor not all members in the team on her behalf.
