Word and Excel 2013 - Disabled Items List
Hello,
At work we troubleshooting Office 2013 issues on a daily basis. During our troubleshooting, we always check for disabled items under File > Options > Addins > Disabled Items. What caught my attention is most of the time if nothing is disabled, it will specifically say "There are no disabled items." However, in some cases, the list is just blank and it looks like a phantom entry is highlighted.
This has happened in both Word 2013 and Excel 2013. A repair will not fix it. Uninstalling and reinstalling will fix it but I am looking to see if there is a quicker way to reset or clear that from happening. Starting the program up in safe mode will also show it blank so I don't think any addins are at fault.
