Yes I agree with Qlemo and Kevin's opinion.
You can export pst file to any servers irrespective of databases.
you can use Copy-Item cmdlet to copy pst from one folder to other or from one server to other .
Move-Item c:\Outlook\user1.pst d:\PST --> this is for simple scenario,
Copy-Item -Path "\\server1\ImportExport$\u ser1.pst" -Destination "\\server2\ImportExport$\u ser1.pst"
Hope the person run this cmdlet should have access to both folder shares.
