IMB Domino 9 - Switch Spam Filter

We are running IBM Domino 9 Social Edition for our email and its currently being routed through a 3rd party spam filter. We would like to move this to a new spam filter; however, I'm not sure where to navigate in IBM Domino Admin to allow mail to come in through the new IP address. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Any chance that your company's mail isn't received by the 3rd party directly? Check your DNS, especially the MX settings.

No IBM Business Partner out there that can help you? It would take a specialist no more than an hour to fix this, even using a remote connection, provided that the new spam filter's information is available and operational.
