Need to Install Server 2016 from USB - HP Proliant G9

I have the OS on a flash drive. The problem is that it is NTFS. So I saved the ISO to my laptop and formatted the USB drive to FAT32 (required by the server's setup assistance software). The problem that I did not see coming is the 4GB restriction on files in FAT32. I have a 5.3 GB Server 2016 ISO that I need to get onto a bootable FAT32 USB stick. The server does not have an optical drive. Does anyone have a way to accomplish this?

I missed a point.  I was assuming that you had extracted all of the files from the ISO.

Just ask if you need more details.
