Calculate 10 hour work day for specific tasks

I am working with MS project 2016.  I have a few tasks on which I want my resources to work 10 hour days.  I do not want to change the global settings for the whole project.  I only want 10 hour days for specific tasks.  I created a new calendar and changed the work times from 7am – 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm (10 hours).  I then selected the desired tasks and changed the calendar to this newly created one (task info, advanced tab, calendar).  The problem is, after making this change, it’s not calculating the cost correctly based on 10 hours per day.  For example, for one task I have two resources working for two days.  One resource is billed at $45/hr and the other is billed at $40/hr.  The cost for that task should be $1,700 (20*$40 + 20*$45).  However, the cost shown is $1,360 (16*$40 + 16*$45).  It’s still calculating the cost based on 8 hours per day.  How do I get Project to calculate the cost of this task based on working 10 hours per day?

Regards,
Kyle
