Updating calendar for new users with meeting invites that have been previously scheduled
We have monthly meetings for our company, these meetings are sent to our "staff" distribution group because we have contractors who have email addresses on our 365 tenant who are not invited. My issue is that if there is already a meeting scheduled, new users who come on board do not get the invite unless there is some change that needs to be made. I would like to automatically update the calendar of this new user so that the calendar invite filters down to their schedule when their account is created and they are added to the recipient DL of the invite after the fact. We are cloud based 365 E3 for licensing. Is this possible?
