The minimum requirements for Windows 10 are 2GB RAM and 16GB hard disk space:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-10-specifications

These are minimum requirements and in my experience, the resulting machine will not be very fast or responsive, however it depends on what you need to do within Windows 10 and what requirements those Windows-based programs have.
Hi Flora,

The RAM requirement for Windows 10 is 1GB for 32-bit and 2GB for 64-bit. However, I would allocate 3GB just so that things run smoothly and if you think that you'll be using Windows 10 a lot, then I would bump it up to 4GB so that you can have a couple applications on Win10 open without choppiness going on.

I hope this helps. Take care.

CES IT,

my question isn't about how much processor or ram is needed for win10 but what i need to know is that if i install windows via parallel 12 how much resource i need to assign to win10 without compromising my speed on mac Sierra.
You absolutely need the minimum requirements to get Windows 10 to run.  I suggest doing this and seeing how Sierrra responds.  You will then be able to make a determination whether or not you want to grant it more resources
