I am not sure about Sysprep but for retail or OEM versions, you cannot do this (as I understand what you want). That ability died with XP.

From default account I ran DEfprof and it worked but some appx service is running with that.

You need to run Sysprep with CopyPofile in unattended. Then select &quot;Enter Audit Mode&quot;<br />
Settings will be copied to default user
