what video full tutorial or book to read/watch so that i would be able to create a simple website that members can sign up?
i am not new to the world of coding, i know very beginner level of VBA like assigning vars , objects, loops, error handling etc. i wanted to built a simple website that users can sign up membership, simply put data can be written & retrieved, i do not know how maybe mySQL or whatever you know is the simple effective way.
i am overwhelmed with number of different languages & tools that are available and i almost spent the whole day figuring out where to start and how to learn and then build my website. where to get the domain from and how to sign up for space also to learn what is MYSQL on the domain provider what is FTP and etc. i am not familiar with these MYSQL, FTP, i learned googling, i just know domain www.selectingdomain. but dont know how to sign up and how to set up and what tool to use or what language, there are many websites that refers me to PHP, CSS, HTML, Javascript and many more. i am totally lost.
when i look at javascript google shows most popular then i hear bad things about javascript then too many confusing frameworks and tools etc. just look at this link Ranked: the most popular JavaScript tools of 2016 only within Javascript i see so many things which is too confusing for me i see React ,Angular,Bootstrap,React native,Redux
then i see Node.JS, jQuery what are these anyways, i do not know if i am too dumb to understand these.
with these thousands of web developers, i doubt if soemone would say that there isn't a complete training to build a full fledged website. i dont care if it costs, i will but the book or video tutorial, but i need to learn this & i have passion to learn this.
so, please help me understand where should be my starting point, please do not refer me to http://www.w3schools.com/js/ or code-academy or a google page. i need to know a place where i can get the full tutorial from scratch to end.

Afterthought... Consider WordPress if you want a web site up and running fast. There are millions of WordPress sites for a reason! If you want to do anything very sophisticated, you will still need to learn the underlying technologies, but WP might be a good way to get a jump-start. Another jump-start might be Wix (full disclosure: I've never used them).
