Domain Controller FSMO
Hi,
We currently have an issue where the domain controllers that handled services:
Schema owner
Domain role owner
The domain controller it is assigned to is no longer available, I have managed to kill it using ntdsutil however I need change the roles to an active domain controller.
Any idea how I can make this happen as I have attempted to do this work via Active Directory Schema but had displayed an error.
Any help will be appreciated.

Weird, every time I do a metadata cleanup against an FSMO holder it tried to transfer and then seize automatically
