Now with this new download, after installation stated is Expired I as far as I Know after is expired it will shutdown every hour. I am studying for my MCSE 2012

This can happen if your date on the Server was set wrong when you installed the OS. Once the OS had an internet connection it updated the date and time and so the trial expired. When installing an OS, always make sure you first properly set the time and date in the server's BIOS.
