I experimented with the &quot;Shortcut Menu&quot; option on the form.<br />

I found that setting it to &quot;no&quot; meant that the users could not go into design mode.<br />
Interestingly, I then reset it on the forms concerned (I think).<br />

But the &quot;Control -&quot; issues remains a problem,<br />
I need to check this in more detail when I go to work tomorrow.

I have set the "Delete" property on the form to "No" to prevent users deleting records.

However, when the type "Control -"   (control minus) the screen then offers them the option to "Confirm Delete" and then will delete the record. Very worrying!
