Scheduled Tasks Tweak

Hi ...
Running Windows 7 on SSD, in the "scheduled tasks" there are numbers of tasks setup to run at various times,
is there any good resources to safely determine to disable unwanted scheduled tasks.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your comments.
There are unwanted tasks that are scheduled to run, ex: "Defrag". This is not needed on SSD.
The task consumes resources only, and it is not needed to run. I am looking  to find other ones....
I understand, if it works do not break it, but at the sametime we need to improve....we need to ask how to make it better....

I also have an SSD system drive, and had done a small amount of research on it when I installed it.  Honestly I came away with conflicting or alternate facts on the issue of optimizing SSD's.  I ended up leaving it alone.  Here are a few articles I bookmarked.

windows won't do a defrag of an SSD drive it will do a trim instead.
