Exchange 2007
Currently I am using SBS 2008 (soon to change) with Exchange 2007. Two of my staff use the question "Did receive my email?" Followed by, "Yes I received your email." This takes up extra space, and to be honest, when I get one, I have to spend time deleting it.
Is there a way using group policy to not allow that?
Thanks.

Good point. I don't get it much in my mailbox. It's in the archive mailbox. It already has 60,000+ mail.
What you mean ?
Did they sent emails each other ?
It's really hard to understand your question
